Who to contact
Bright Finish Cleaning receives your enquiry. Call or WhatsApp 07788 126686 with questions about contact details or photos you have sent.
What you choose to provide
The form asks for your name, phone number, email address, postcode, enquiry type and job description. Photos are optional. Avoid including people, documents, registration details or other private information where possible.
What happens on the website
The draft and selected photos stay in your current browser page. The form does not upload them to a website database or send them automatically. Drafts are not saved to local storage. Remove photos or choose “Clear enquiry” to reset the form.
What happens on WhatsApp
Opening WhatsApp shares the prepared message with WhatsApp so you can review and send it. Selecting photos alone does not attach them to the chat. Supported devices can open a share sheet, where you choose the app and recipient. Otherwise, add files directly inside WhatsApp. Its privacy terms apply to its service.
Responding to your enquiry
We use information you send to respond, discuss a quote and arrange work if you decide to book. The form does not sign you up to marketing. Sending photos for a quote does not give permission to publish them on the website; permission for marketing use would be requested separately.
Questions about your information
Contact us to ask about information you have sent, corrections or deletion. Information connected with booked work may need to be kept for appropriate business and legal records.
Hosting and other services
The website is served through Sites and Cloudflare. Hosting services may process technical request information for delivery and security. Google Fonts supplies the website fonts and receives the requests needed to load them. The site does not add analytics or advertising cookies.
Read WhatsApp’s privacy policy for its handling of messages and files.
