Start with the whole space
Take one or two wide photos from different ends of the driveway or patio. Include the boundaries so we can understand the layout. A close-up of one dirty slab is useful later, but it does not show the size of the job.
Add the details that matter
Photograph the areas you are concerned about: marks, green patches, joints, steps or edges. Include a close-up of the material and any visible damage. Say if you do not know the surface type rather than guessing.
Show access and drainage
A photo of the side gate, path or entrance helps explain access. Mention steps, narrow passages, parking restrictions, outdoor taps and drainage issues. If water stands on the surface after rain, tell us.
Include rough measurements
A rough length and width in metres puts the pictures in context. Irregular spaces can be described in sections. Measurements are useful estimates; the final scope still needs to be agreed.
Keep the pictures relevant
Use daylight where possible and wipe the camera lens. Avoid including people, documents, vehicle registration details or anything private. Our form accepts up to six photos, 8 MB each and 25 MB overall.
Send the enquiry, then the photos
The form prepares a written WhatsApp message with your contact details and job description. Send that message, then add photos to the same conversation. Supported phones can share files from the page; otherwise, use WhatsApp’s attachment button to choose them from your device.
